The Idaho Legislature has made available the through the Lili Website the Lili Databases which contain magazines, encyclopedias and other research and reference materials.  These databases are an excellent resource for information.  The following links will take you to these sites.  However, you need to have a password for each of the sites.  They are listed below.

The Ebsco Database includes the following:

Provides full text for over 1,770 periodicals covering nearly all subjects including general reference, business, health, and much more.

Provides full text for 128 regional U.S. newspapers, fifteen international newspapers, six newswires, and nine newspaper columns, The Christian Science Monitor and The Los Angeles Times, for a total of 160 full text newspapers and other sources. 
bulletEBSCO Online Citations
EBSCO Online Citations provides access to electronic journals and full text of articles for those journals managed through EBSCO Online, as well as usage of Online Links in EBSCOhost. Users will have access to titles from publishers who have given EBSCO permission to re-use TOC and abstract information in an aggregated database. Please note that this does not represent all of the titles available via EBSCO Online.
